功能：用于規格條狀木質材料（如門扇邊框木料、LVL）的接長和定尺。通過對規格毛料的端部開榫、榫部噴膠、柔性接長、成對精準斷料，實現零料的100%利用，生產節拍5秒/兩根。

Function:This machine is used for splicing and cutting wood strip (such us wood side frame,LVL).By end tenoning,glue spraying,flexible splicing,precise cutting in pairs,to realize 100% use of remnant material.Production efficiency is 5 seconds/2 pieces.

• 固定噴膠位置，移動鋸切的結構，保證了設備的穩定性和維護的便利性；
• 尾部推壓接長方式，避免了端部夾持接長容易產生兩根木料一根實接一根虛接的現象；
• 碾壓送料，解決了夾持送料時，坯料彎曲造成的夾手移動尺寸與坯料實際長度不一致的問題。
• Fixed gluing position and moveable cutting structre,to ensure the stability of equipment and convenience of maintenance.
• The end pushing splicing method,to avoid the phenomenon of one real splicing but the other one virtual splicing between two material if using end clamping splicing method.
• Pressing feed in method,to avoid the difference between clamper moving size and material length casing by material curving if using clamping feed in method.
